PALOMA DE PUEBLA
A slight variation of this classic cocktail, the Paloma de Puebla pairs our floral Tobalá with a touch of anise alongside the traditional grapefruit. An optional chili-salt rim finishes the drink with an invigorating layer of complexity. Salúd!
1.5 oz Fosforo Tobalá
.75 oz Pamplemousse grapefruit liqueur (Giffard)
.5 oz lime
Dash Absinthe (Mata Hari)
4-5 oz soda or sparkling water
chili salt rim & grapefruit twist
Build in a mixing tin or mixing glass, over ice. Top with 4-5 oz soda or sparkling water; stir briefly and set aside. Rim a highball or collins glass with chili-salt; add ice, then pour in cocktail, garnish with a grapefruit twist, and enjoy!
